We couldn't let the week get away without acknowledging our teaching staff and all of the work they've done over the past year that is above and beyond what is asked of them in a "normal year." The ongoing pandemic has been challenging in so many ways, but through all of the hardships our teachers continued to show up for our students and find new ways to bring light back into the eyes of our students. The masks may cover all of the smiles we love seeing so much, but we can still feel the special bond so many of our students have with teachers. It's that bond that makes our Highland staff so special. We value and appreciate each and every one of you!
If you haven't taken time to thank a teacher yet this week, we encourage you to take a moment and reach out! A simple handwritten letter will make their day!
