Cardio and Weight Rooms

Starting in the fall, we are looking to do a trial run to allow the public to access our weight room and cardio room.   Anyone that is interested in using our facilities will need to attend a training session prior.  Here are the dates and times for the training sessions. If you have any questions please email Kari Smith at or to sign up for a training session.

Training sessions will last about 30-45 minutes.  Thank you!

Thursday, June 1st at 6:30 a.m.
Monday, June 5th at 8:00 a.m.
Monday, June 12th at 7:30 p.m.
Thursday, June 15th at 5:00 p.m.
